One TikToker has made a name for himself as the scourge of insecure men everywhere: Cody Premer, whose most popular videos feature him approaching men, asking for their heights, and then asking to confirm they’re telling the truth using a measuring tape.

In a recent video, Premer walked around a gym and asked several men how tall they are. All except for two men did not give Premer the right measurements, with one man straight up refusing to be measured and walking away while another said, “Bro, for the ladies I’m 6-foot-2” after being outed for exaggerating his height by 3 inches.

Anecdotally, men who are honest about their heights get the most attention from women in Premer’s comment sections, with one person writing, “It’s not even the height, they way they’re confident is so fine to me,” and countless people fawning over the second man featured in the video, who was both hot and honest about being 6-foot-2.

Premer ends the video by encouraging men not to lie and instead embrace the “Cody Premer Rizz Effect,” which is demonstrated in other videos where Premer helps people find dates with strangers around L.A. The CPRE seems to mostly just be about having confidence and rizz, which makes sense.

Not lying about your height undoubtedly helps too. The kinds of people who care about how tall someone is will know if you’re lying, and the kinds of people who don’t care will just find it weird that you do, so it’s best to be honest. Plus, if you lie about your height and then a random woman in a club approaches you with a measuring tape, you’re SOL.
